In Spring 2016, AEG were offering £200 cashback on certain product lines. The problem was that the customer journey to claim cashback was quite confusing, as it crossed systems when inputting data. With an infrastructure change expected to take a lot longer than expected, AEG asked us to create a how to video on how to go through the cashback process, an easy how to video around 90 seconds long that would be sent out with post purchase communications. The video proved to be a huge success.
